  • Why was he given White Lily (bleached!) flour off the bat!? Big tip off it was low country southern...so lard should have leapt to mind. I was impressed he could detect the effect of docking the dough. Biscuits aren't as easy as they should be, and when they're really good they transcend their carb-sinning status entirely! Chris did really, really well as usual. He must have a hybrid nose 👃🏻!
