  • you could achieve that wonton sheet like dough if you add room temp butter into dry flour mix it up then knead the dough with water you'd end up with samosa dough

  • This was a hard one. Not a lot of Americans -even chefs -would be able to identify amchur in a blind tasting.

  • I'm South Indian, we made samosas with wonton wrappers growing up.

  • Minus points for using different pans? Jeez. But, using egg to seal the wonton wrapper really changes the sealability as well as the entire flavour profile, so getting knocked for that is ... nonsense because it has no bearing on either of those things.
